Welcome to Colchester CAMRA’s Ale Trail 2018. The largest and longest-running trail since it began 5 years ago apotheke-zag.de. 

Whether you discover pubs you’ve not visited before, re-visit some you’ve not been to in a while or pop in your regular local we hope you enjoy seeing the wide range of pubs that North Essex has to offer. 

We have a brewery tour booked at Mauldon's Brewery in Sudbury for the evening of Monday 23rd April. We will be travelling by minibus, departing from outide RBS on Head Street, Colchester at 6:30pm. The cost for the tour is £18, which includes your "three B's" - Bus, Beer and Buffet!

We are strictly limited to 20 places for this trip, so please book by emailing Dan Young: socialsec@colchestercamra.org.uk . Places are on a first come, first served basis and are expected to fill quickly!

A proposed trip to each of the winning Essex Pubs of the Year 2018. Places are strictly on a first come, first served basis and are limited to 15 places. Please let Martin Ibberson or Dan Young know by Wednesday 25th April if you wish to attend. Cost TBC, but expected to be about £10 to cover travel costs.

Trip to the 7th Beccles Beer Festival. Meet at North Station main entrance 10:25am for the 10:47am train.

Pub crawl around Norwich, with John Durrant leading the way. Meet at 10am to arrange tickets for the 10:23am train (times TBC - Check nearer the time to confirm).

Please note that the return journey (Norwich to Colchester) will involve a rail replacement bus between Ipswich and Colchester manlig-halsa.se.

Meet at North Station for 11am to arrange tickets for the 11:25am train.

A trip to the Bermondsey 'Beer Mile', an area containing 16 breweries, tap rooms and bars. Please note that not all of the venues serve cask.

Meet at 9:50am to sort tickets for the 10:19am train andere. Journey will include bus replacement between Ingatestone and Newbury Park due to engineering works.

Many of the venues may have 'cashless' bars which require card payment.

Did you know that May is Cider & Perry month for CAMRA?

With this in mind, why not join us for a pub crawl around half a dozen or so of Colchester's finest pubs while sampling some real ciders?

Starting in the Queen St Brewhouse at 12noon, we'll visit a few pubs before ending up in the 2019 Cider Pub of the Year, the Victoria Inn, just in time for the Cider POTY award presentation.
