LocAle Breweries are within 25 miles of Colchester Town Hall. Pubs in our area that regularly serve beers from these breweries are LocAle accredited.
Established in 2007, Wibblers expanded to a 20-barrel plant, and in 2016 moved to new premises, housed in a medieval barn in Southminster with its own taproom. Craft beers and ciders are now produced, as well as seasonal specials. Numerous outlets are supplied throughout East Anglia in addition to exporting to Europe. It runs an annual Flocculation brewing event each August and hosts 'Be the Brewer' and brewery experience days plus bespoke events for individuals, groups and the local community.
